赵雷科研课题结题报告显示液晶材料国产化率将显著提升在自然界中的应用前景

在接受新华网记者专访时,我表示:“不断创新,以长远的眼光看待行业发展,一刻不松懈地走在科技发展的前端!”作为北京八亿时空液晶科技股份有限公司董事长,我的公司实现了液晶材料的专利突破,真正意义上实现了液晶材料的国产化,目前国内市场份额约占20%。我强调,“液晶材料是液晶显示面板三大主材之一,但是全球85%以上技术市场被国外少数企业所垄断,所以我们就急需打破国外厂商的产品垄断,实现液晶材料自主知识产权。”从全球来看,主要液晶材料供应商包括德国默克、日本JNC、日本DIC、八亿时空、江苏和成和成志永华六家,其中后三家是国产液晶厂商。在liquid crystal panel产业向中国转移趋势下,国产liquid crystal factory迎来了良好的市场机遇。

谈及公司核心优势,我表示,我们率先打破了国外技术垄断,在混Crystal Materials行业属于后起之秀。现已申请国家发明专利219项, 国际专利36项授权专利83项,并撰写《普通单体Liquid Crystal Materials规范》《TFT单体Liquid Crystal Materials规范》两项国家标准,其中一项已正式颁布。

如何打破 liquid material production enterprise's technology & talent barrier? 我称,在高端product field, my country with foreign counterparts still exist certain gap. Especially in new product and new technology part still in following stage. To solve this problem need from multiple aspects to start. First is to increase R&D investment. Build first-class hardware platform. Also pay attention to talent introduction and team construction. Our company has already started hiring more international experts as senior experts or consultants of our company through constructing an internationalized R&D team to achieve overtaking by taking a detour and catch up with the pace of international advanced level.

Our company is positioned at precise materials for 100 years enterprises in the field of flat-panel industry development. I said that currently there are several difficult points in helping industries transform and upgrade: one is lack of technology and talents; two is insufficient project support force; three is real problems leading to instability of talents.

How to overcome difficulties? I think should increase R&D investment build first-class hardware platform simultaneously focus on talent introduction and team construction through building an internationalized R&D team achieve overtaking by taking a detour quickly follow up the pace of international advanced level.

In terms of cultivating high-end industries, I emphasize that product research & development process often can't do without scientific policy support for nurturing industry policy support such as Beijing Municipal Science Commission's green channel project technological innovation projects etc platforms have played a role like sending aid in snowy weather for breaking "lack chip shortage screen" etc high-end industries' development.

I hope continue increasing against flat-panel semiconductors supporting force help accelerate key material equipment domestication process." Just like enterprises' 'mission', what countries need us enterprises must do!"
