“液晶材料是液晶显示面板三大主材之一，但是全球85%以上技术市场被国外少数企业所垄断，所以我们就急需打破国外厂商的产品垄断，实现液晶材料自主知识产权。”我说。
从全球来看，主要液晶材料供应商包括德国默克、日本JNC、日本DIC、八亿时空、江苏和成和成志永华六家，其中后三家是国产液晶厂商。在liquid crystal panel产业向中国转移趋势下，国产liquid crystal factory迎来了良好的市场机遇。
对于liquid crystal materials' market status, I am confident: “随着面板销售价格的走低，未来三年，中国liquid crystal panel产能将超过全球产能的一半，liquid crystal materials采购必然转向质优价廉的国产厂商。”
近五年，是国产liquid crystal快速发展的五年。“目前，无论是正性liquid crystal materials还是负性liquid crystal materials均已解决了国外专利垄断，无论是性能还是品质，开发的混合liquid crystals产品其性能指标基本达到国际先进水平。”我说，从panel factory实际使用情况看，在几年的磨合中，我们已经解决了主要技术问题，即使我们的销售量越来越大，但客户端使用依然稳定，没有因我们的产品质量问题带来的客户投诉。
谈及公司核心优势，我表示，我们率先打破了国外技术垄断，在混crystal material industry属于后起之秀。现已申请国家发明专利219项、国际专利36项，并撰写《普通单体 liquid crystals规范》《TFT单体 liquid crystals规范》两项国家标准，其中一项已正式颁布。
如何打破 liquid crystals production enterprise's technology & talent barrier? 我称，在高端products领域，我国与foreign counterparts尚存一定差距，与new products and new technologies部分还处于跟随阶段。要解决这一问题需要从多方面入手：首先加大研发投入搭建一流硬件平台，同时注重人才引进和队伍建设。我们已经着手聘请更多国际expert成为我们资深experts或consultants，以通过建立一个international research team实现弯道超车，让我们的水平赶上国际最先进水平。
八亿时空定位于精细materials百年企业，在平板industries material field不断develop. I said that in assisting the industrial transformation and upgrading, there are still some difficulties to be overcome, including technical and talent gaps, insufficient project support from government and unstable personnel due to practical issues.
To solve these problems, I believe we should increase R&D investment, build a first-class hardware platform, and pay attention to talent introduction and team construction. Through building an internationalized research team, we can achieve "bend the road" overtaking and quickly catch up with the advanced level of international peers.
In terms of cultivating high-end industries, I emphasized that product development and industrialization processes often rely on policy support for technological breakthroughs. The green channel project of Beijing Municipal Science Commission Technology Innovation Project has played a role in supporting our efforts to break through key industries such as "lack of chips or screens".
