赵雷北京首都儿科研究所推动液晶材料国产化率显著提升回归自然循环

在接受新华网记者专访时，我表示：“不断创新，以长远的眼光看待行业发展，一刻不松懈地走在科技发展的前端！”作为北京八亿时空液晶科技股份有限公司（以下简称“八亿时空”）董事长，我实现了液晶材料的专利突破，真正意义上实现了液晶材料的国产化，目前国内市场份额约占20%。

我说：“液晶材料是液晶显示面板三大主材之一，但是全球85%以上技术市场被国外少数企业所垄断，所以我们就急需打破国外厂商的产品垄断，实现液晶材料自主知识产权。”从全球来看，主要液晶材料供应商包括德国默克、日本JNC、日本DIC、八亿时空、江苏和成和成志永华六家，其中后三家是国产液晶厂商。在liquid crystal panel产业向中国转移趋势下，国产liquid crystal factory迎来了良好的市场机遇。

对于liquid crystal materials market present situation, I am full of confidence: “随着面板销售价格的走低，未来三年，中国liquid crystal panel产能将超过全球产能的一半，liquid crystal materials采购必然转向质优价廉的国产厂商。”

近五年，是国产liquid crystal快速发展的五年。“目前，无论是正性liquid crystal materials还是负性liquid crystal materials均已解决了国外专利垄断，无论是性能还是品质，其开发混合 liquid crystals产品其性能指标基本达到国际先进水平。”我说，从panel factory实际使用情况看，没有发生因 liquid crystals品质问题带来的客户投诉。谈及公司核心优势，我表示，我们率先打破了国外技术垄断，在混crystal material industry属于后起之秀。现已申请国家发明专利219项，对于国家标准撰写《普通单体Liquid Crystal Materials规范》《TFT单体Liquid Crystal Materials规范》两项，其中一项已正式颁布。

如何打破Liquid Crystal Material production enterprise technology and talent barriers? I said that in the field of high-end products, there is still a certain gap between China and foreign counterparts, especially in new products and technologies. To solve this problem needs to be addressed from multiple angles. First, we need to increase research investment and build a first-class hardware platform. At the same time, we should pay attention to talent introduction and team building. Eight billion has already hired more international experts as senior consultants or advisors through construction of an international R&D team.

Eight billion Time Space defines itself as a century-old company for fine chemicals, continuously developing in the field of plate industry materials. I expressed that in assisting industrial transformation and upgrading, currently existing difficulties include: one is lack of technology and talents; two is insufficient project support; three are practical problems leading to instability in personnel.

To overcome these difficulties, I believe it necessary to increase research investment and build a first-class hardware platform simultaneously emphasizing talent introduction and team building through constructing an internationalized R&D team implementing overtaking by taking the arduous road quickly catching up with advanced levels internationally.

In cultivating high-tech industries, I emphasized that product development process often relies on technological policy support for nurturing industries such as Beijing Municipal Science Commission's green channel projects or science innovation topics etc., which have played snowball-like supportive roles for breaking down "lack-of-chips-lack-of-panels" issues within high-tech industries.

I hope continuing strengthening support for tablet computers & semiconductor industries can help accelerate implementation of key material & equipment localization. As Zhao Lei said: “Just like enterprises' 'mission', what the country needs is exactly what our enterprise should do!”
