月神、太阴星君 人物简介 嫦娥，上古时期三皇五帝之一帝喾（天帝帝俊）的女儿、后羿（大羿）之妻，其美貌非凡，本称姮娥，因西汉时为避汉文帝刘恒的忌讳而改称嫦娥，又作常娥。 据说嫦娥与后羿开创了一夫一妻制的先河，后人为了纪念他们，演绎出了嫦娥奔月的故事，民间多有其传说以及诗词歌赋流传。
在神话传说中，嫦娥因偷食大羿自西王母处所求得的不死药而奔月成仙，居住在月亮上面的广寒宫之中。在东汉之前，无任何资料显示嫦 娅与羿是夫妻关系，直到高诱注解《淮南子》才指出嫦 娕是后 羿 之 妻。
后来道教在其神话中，将嫦 娕 与 月 神 太 阴 星 君 合 并 为 一 人 道 教 以 月 为 阴 之 精 尊 称 为 月 宫 黄 华 素 照 元 精 圣 后 太 阴 元 君 或 称 月 宫 太 阴 皇 君 孝 道 明 王 作 女 神 像。
身世之谜 帝喾之妻 常仪是五帝之一Empressof the Moon, China's Ancient Mythological Goddess of Lunar Magic and Divination. She is known as Chang'e in Chinese mythology, a goddess who ascended to the moon after consuming an elixir of immortality. Her story has been passed down for generations, with various adaptations and interpretations.
In ancient times, Emperor Yao (Yao), one of the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, ruled over China with great wisdom and justice. He was said to have had three daughters: Chang'e (also known as Chang Yi or Chang Xi) - the goddess of the moon; Qi Shi () - the goddess of fire; and Shui Shen () - the goddess of water.
According to legend, Chang'e was once married to Hou Yi (), also known as Great Archer or Archangel Gabriel. Together they lived in harmony on Earth until she accidentally consumed an elixir that granted her immortality but banished her from Earthly life. As punishment for her transgression against Heaven's will by seeking eternal life through means other than divine grace, she was forced into exile on Mount Tai where she became immortal forevermore.
The tale continues with how Hou Yi discovered his wife's whereabouts on Mount Tai while searching for their lost daughter Qi Shi who had fled there due to fear from being devoured by demons lurking below its peak during full moons when all creatures were transformed into beasts according to local folklore beliefs about werewolves being invulnerable under such circumstances before returning back home only after finding out what happened between them two at this place called "Moon Palace".
