在1943年出版《星伯画集》之后,他的名声 gradually spread to the wider world. In 1946, his works “松鹰图” and “山水” were selected to be exhibited at the National Art Exhibition in Nanjing, which was organized by the Shanghai Art Society. Later on, he held a joint exhibition with painter Bi Ying in Jinan in 1987.

Throughout his life, many of his works have been showcased both domestically and internationally. His paintings have also been published in various magazines such as 《美术丛刊》and《人民政协报》. Moreover, several museums and memorials have collected his works.

In addition to being an accomplished artist, 傅星伯 was also actively involved in art organizations. He served as a member of the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, China Old Age Painting Research Association member, honorary chairman of the Jining City Artists Association and chairman of the Zaozhuang City Artists Association.

Despite being known for his expertise in painting insects—particularly worms—during Song Dynasty only a few artists like Guo Yuanfang and Li Yanzhai are famous for this style. In modern times after Zhi Bai Shi (Qui Bian Shi), Wang Xue Tao is another master who excels at this style.

However, unlike Qi Bai Shi who enjoyed widespread recognition during his lifetime due to his insect paintings while alive (he passed away before he could become well-known for it), Wang Xue Tao's talent went relatively unnoticed until later generations appreciated him posthumously; similarly with Fu Xing Bao who remained somewhat underappreciated even after passing away decades ago when still living quietly near Qufu town since mid-20th century while never losing interest or talent but only increasing fame long after death when people realized how talented he truly was compared to other painters contemporaries that were more recognized during their lifetimes

Fu Xing Bao has had nearly one hundred pieces exported to Japan and Southeast Asia where they are highly regarded by collectors worldwide; once invited back into Beijing capital city’s main political complex area named Zhongnanhai to paint there further solidifying reputation; held exhibitions solo or jointly multiple times including ones specifically dedicated just for insects such as worms especially those done freehand without any assistance from others’ hands - these last two items demonstrate FuXingBao’s incredible ability & skill level across multiple genres – landscape mountain water scenes plus animal portraits among others types - not limited strictly towards flowers/birds/wildlife subjects alone anymore though these remain favorites too naturally!
