赵雷液晶材料国产化率将显著提升推动教科研工作计划在自然界中的应用创新

在接受新华网记者专访时，我表示：“不断创新，以长远的眼光看待行业发展，一刻不松懈地走在科技发展的前端！”作为北京八亿时空液晶科技股份有限公司（以下简称“八亿时空”）董事长，我实现了液晶材料的专利突破，真正意义上实现了液晶材料的国产化，目前国内市场份额约占20%。

我说：“液晶材料是液晶显示面板三大主材之一，但是全球85%以上技术市场被国外少数企业所垄断，所以我们就急需打破国外厂商的产品垄断，实现液晶材料自主知识产权。”从全球来看，主要液晶材料供应商包括德国默克、日本JNC、日本DIC、八亿时空、江苏和成和成志永华六家，其中后三家是国产液晶厂商。在liquid crystal panel产业向中国转移趋势下，国产liquid crystal factory迎来了良好的市场机遇。

I believe that to solve this problem, we need to invest in research and development, build a world-class hardware platform, and pay attention to talent introduction and team building. We have already started hiring more international experts as senior experts or consultants for our company. Through the construction of an internationalized R&D team, we can achieve overtaking on the curve and quickly follow the pace of international advanced levels.

In terms of assisting industrial transformation and upgrading, there are still several difficulties such as lack of technology and talents. The government's support is not strong enough for projects. Industrial land for new research and development, production, and supporting auxiliary facilities are needed. There is also instability in personnel due to practical problems.

To overcome these difficulties, I suggest increasing investment in research and development, building a world-class hardware platform while paying attention to talent introduction and team building through constructing an internationalized R&D team achieving overtaking on the curve following up with the pace of international advanced levels.

Regarding high-tech industry cultivation support policy has played a role in breaking through "lack chip shortage" etc., industries' developments help enterprises like us make rapid progress towards becoming leading players in global markets.

Finally I hope that will continue strengthen support efforts against flat panels & semiconductor industries helping accelerate implementation key material & equipment domestication goals just like corporate 'mission', what country needs is what enterprises should do!
