在接受新华网记者专访时,我表示:“不断创新,以长远的眼光看待行业发展,一刻不松懈地走在科技发展的前端!”作为北京八亿时空液晶科技股份有限公司董事长,我的团队实现了液晶材料的专利突破,真正意义上实现了液晶材料的国产化,我们目前国内市场份额约占20%。北京八亿时空液清科研究中心是我们研发、生产和销售高新技术企业的一部分。
“液晶材料是液晶显示面板三大主材之一,但是全球85%以上技术市场被国外少数企业所垄断,所以我们就急需打破国外厂商的产品垄断,实现液晶材料自主知识产权。”我说。
从全球来看,主要液晶材料供应商包括德国默克、日本JNC、日本DIC、我们公司,以及江苏和成和成志永华六家,其中后三家是国产液晶厂商。在liquid crystal face panel产业向中国转移趋势下,国产liquid crystal factory迎来了良好的市场机遇。
对于liquid crystal materials market现状,我抱有信心:“随着面板销售价格的走低,未来三年,中国liquid crystal face panel产能将超过全球产能的一半,liquid crystal materials采购必然转向质优价廉的国产厂商。”
近五年,是国产liquid crystal快速发展的五年。“目前,无论是正性liquid crystal materials还是负性liquid crystal materials均已解决了国外专利垄断,无论是性能还是品质,都开发出了混合 liquid crystals 产品,其性能指标基本达到国际先进水平。”我说,从面板factory实际使用情况看,国产 liquid crystals经过几年的磨合,现在已经解决了主要技术问题,而客户端使用依然稳定,没有因为 liquid crystals 品质问题带来的客户投诉。
谈及公司核心优势,我表示,我们率先打破了国外技术垄断,在混crystal materials领域属于后起之秀。现已申请国家发明专利219项、国际专利36项,并获得授权83项。此外,我们还撰写了《ordinary single-body liquid crystals规范》、《TFT single-body liquid crystals规范》两项国家标准,其中一项已正式颁布。
如何打破Liquid Crystal Materials Production Enterprise Technology & Talent Barriers?我称,在高端product领域,我国与foreign counterparts尚存一定差距,与foreign companies in new products and technologies still at the stage of following. To solve this problem, we need to work on it from multiple angles, first investing more in R&D, building a world-class hardware platform, and also focusing on talent recruitment and team construction. We have already started hiring more international experts as senior advisors or consultants for our company, aiming to establish an internationalized R&D team to overtake others through unconventional means and quickly catch up with the international advanced level.
Beijing Eight Billion Time Space Liquid Crystal Technology Co., Ltd. is positioned as a fine material enterprise that will last for centuries in the field of flat-panel industry materials development. I said that currently there are several difficulties in helping industries transform and upgrade: firstly, technology and talent deficiencies; secondly, insufficient project support; thirdly, practical problems leading to unstable personnel.
To address these difficulties, I believe we should increase investment in research and development while building a world-class hardware platform. We must also emphasize talent recruitment and team construction by establishing an internationalized R&D team to achieve breakthroughs through unconventional means.
In terms of cultivating high-tech industries, I stress that product research & development process often relies on policy support for technological innovation platforms such as Beijing Municipal Science Commission's green channel projects etc.. These platforms play a role like "snow sending warmth" in breaking barriers such as "lack of chips" or "lack of screens" which hinder the development of key industries.
I hope that further efforts be made towards supporting the flat-panel industry along with semiconductor industry so as to help accelerate achieving more critical components' domestic production. As Zhao Lei says," Just like enterprises' 'mission', what China needs is exactly what enterprises should do!"
